Full description
This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
This is just the 3rd I have made of this “Red Baron” plane design and I love it. It is made from gorgeous shades and textures of bright yellow, red and blue glass. The window is made from raindrop glass and the propeller is heavily textured iridescent. I have hung it from invisible thread rather than a chain so it gives a better impression of being in flight. It is about 5 inches long.
This would make a wonderful present for anyone, adult or child, and especially for someone who likes aeroplanes. I can guarantee they won’t have one like this as it is handmade by me.
It looks absolutely lovely hanging in the window where it shines and catches the light.
This item is absolutely unique. I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass for each piece to ensure they are unique.

The other pictures are of the other two I have made before in different colours. I can make it in other colour combinations if you prefer, want to match a décor. Please just ask
