I've been making chocolates for the past two years and generally make chocolates to order using as much as possible fresh locally grown ingredients, this is much easier in the summer of course. I do not use artificial preservatives so shelf life is limited to 4 weeks for products containing alcohol and 2 weeks where fresh ingredients are used, for example, Chilli and Lime.
This is a custom-made item and cannot be returned unless faulty.

6 Chilli and Lime Truffles. 70% Dark Chocolate Origine Ecuador. Half a red chilli is infused in double cream before being mixed with this delicious fruity chocolate and the zest of a whole lime.
