Black Polyester, fully lined Tulip skirt. Now reduced from £29 to £19!
The subtle pleats fall from the waist/hip band which I have decorated with pleated rossette style decorations with central beads. There is a ribbon trim that ties at the back.

Central invisible back zipper fastening.

Skirt length approx. 52cm (Long enough to shorten or wear on the knee)
