You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

If you change your mind, you can return your purchase within 7 days at your expenses, if the product is still in good condition, we will refund the price of the product. If any problem upon delivery, please do contact us so we can resolve it. If your delivery seems to be late, please get in touch and we will track it for you. All our products are well packaged in foam paper and/or bubble wrap and boxed and double-walled cardboxes for the bigger products and in easy to open smaller boxes for lighter/smaller items. If you have a specific design (anything that can be done in relief) to be applied to a glass product, please get in contact and we will look into it for you. Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
