Full description
"Little Valkyrie" is a three-colour, hand-pulled screen print by Jane McGuinness. It's inspired by Norse legend and a love of reading and absorbing new knowledge and ideas. It features the sun, moon and stars, ravens, the branches of the legendary ash-tree Yggdrasil, a book featuring a serpent on the back cover, and a little Valkyrie with a fantastic hat.
The image size is around 20cm x 26cm, and it's screen-printed onto 24cm x 32cm high-quality watercolour paper. Each print is one of a signed and numbered 1st edition of fifteen.
Bear in mind that tiny variations in the print are a possibility, as uniqueness is part of the process when it comes to hand-pulled screen prints! Prints will be posted in a hardbacked envelope - and as we can send several prints in one envelope there's no extra postage charge for buying multiple copies. :)
