I love chunky knits at this time of the year. They are great for playing outside on a crisp day or looking good for a smarter occasion.
This one has a neat rib at the hem and cuff as well as a nice round neck. I've used an acrylic yarn as many little ones like mine are sensitive to pure wools. The added bonus for parents is that it can be popped into tge washing machine up to 30 degrees. It's not suitable for the tumble dryer but it does dry nice and quickly. This measures 64cms around the chest just under the arms, 32cms from under the arm to the cuff and 46cms from shoulder to hem
