This kit is designed for those new to needle felting but experienced felters may learn new techniques.
Step by step instructions include photographs for each step.
There is enough wool roving in the kit for one large or two small penguins. The wool roving is New Zealand Corriedale.
Since the kit contains a sharp needle, children under the age of ten should have adult supervision.

You will need a foam pad or sponge to work on.
