You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

We are happy to send our prints around the world. Our packaging and shipping charges are FREE for the UK. £1.50 for Europe and £3.00 for everywhere else (outside of Europe, we deliver to United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Japan). These charges are per order; we charge the same for 1 print or 15 prints. For international items we use a trackable service, so items will need to be signed for on arrival. Returns - 1st Class posters accepts returns on items that are damaged in transit. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original date of order. Please include a copy of the original invoice. Once we receive the package, we will send you a replacement poster. Please note that shipping charges cannot be reimbursed, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
