Collecting is a passion for many people, doll houses are one of them, but trying to find a high class FINISHED house of some quality are hard to find, and as any one who has made one from scratch will know, there is a lot of time & money that goes into these things to get a finished product, something that not everyone can do, so, we are hoping to fill that gap!.
This is a custom-made item and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Full description
Handmade Tudor style Dollhouse 1/12th scale. Base size 615 x 410mm 910mm H.
Has 3 removable fronts. Ground floor has 2 bay windows ,stairs,working door with knocker and working bolt. Comes with working lights & fireplaces on a flame flicker unit (just plug in). All materials are real,no plastic here! real roof tiles & brick slips each one individually laid, all few hundred of them !
