My clever friend makes beautiful, natural soaps...so I decided to create a soap dish to complement them!

Full description
I've sprinkled some mini copper hearts in between two sheets of art glass, and surrounded them with little matt gold dots to create this hand-made glass trinket dish.
I've made this hearts fused glass soap dish by fusing layers of art glass together with hearts hand-cut from copper foil, and gold glass paint added in dots. I then fuse the layers of glass together in a specialist glass kiln, up to 800 degrees, before cooling it slowly to ensure it's strength. The soap dish is then fired again in a ceramic mould to create the dish shape.
Then I add a beautiful, natural, hand-made soap made in the UK and tie it all up with rafia to complete this gift.
This design is also available as a light-catcher, coaster and trinket bowl. Your dish will be made to order and will look similar to the one pictured but not identical.
Your soap dish will measure approximately 11cm by 8cm but if you would like one made to fit a particular sink size, please get in touch. It will come carefully wrapped in tissue paper and bubblewrap for a secure delivery. If you would like to give the hearts soap dish as a gift, I can send it directly to the recipient with a message of your choice.
