I originally started to design these types of dolls for my grand daughter Thora. They are made from 100% pure cotton and are machine washable and durable and safe for small children.
The doll collection is growing, so I thought I would share these with others who I hope will delight in them as much as Thora does.

Full description
Amigurumi is the Japanese art of crocheting small stuffed animals or dolls. Amigurumi figures are quite easy and fun to make, even for a beginner crocheter. There is enough yarn in this kit to make one Amigurumi doll, with a bit of yarn left over to start another Amigurumi figure. The finished size will be approximately 7 inches in height.
To make this pattern, you only need to know 3 crochet stitches:
CH - chain stitch, SL St - Slip Stitch, SC - single crochet and DC - double crochet
This doll is made from high quality 100% cotton yarn with acrylic yarn hair.
This doctor is wearing blue surgical scrubs and has short black hair.
The kit contains enough yarn to crochet the doll.

You will also need a darning needle to sew on the arms and to stitch in the eyes, face and hair.
