Full description
Whilst on our travels we came across the Finnish tradition of soul birds. In Finnish folk lore the soul bird keeps you safe whilst you are sleeping. The people of Finland would often place sould bird ornaments by their bedside to keep them safe.
We thought this tradition was wonderful and decided to create our own version of the soul bird.
In a 4" diamater embroidery circle.
Hand embroidered, on a thick calico fabric backed with felt, attached ribbon for hanging
and hand stamped "sweet dreams" saying
