Poppies are my favourite flower and I wanted to make a brooch that would look fab on a denim jacket but would also brighten up my smarter coats too!

Poppies blowing in the wind....this hand-made fused glass brooch reminds me of warm summer days! I've created this brooch by fusing bright red poppies on to some green glassy grass, and bright blue skies, on to a white glass background. I've then mounted the glass on to a brooch using a specialist super-strong glass glue (the same type as used on racing car chassis!)

Designed and hand-crafted by me in my studio in East Sussex, your brooch will be made to order so may vary slightly from the photo, but will look very similar.

The poppies brooch measures approximately 3.5cm by 4cm. This design is also available in a lightcatcher, bowl, fridge magnet, pendant and keyring.

If this brooch is a gift I can send it directly to the recipient along with a message of your choice. Your brooch will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap to ensure it's safe delivery.
