Full description
This lovely bowl is made from a base of un-dyed brown wool combined with vibrant shades of hot pink and burnt orange Merino which have been painstakingly added in fine layers to create a wonderfully soft, fuzzy effect.
I started making my fuzzy bowls as a way of experimenting with making 3 dimensional forms using my felting needle - they have been created entirely from wool by using the special needle to felt the fibres together. They are strong enough to store little treasures - or use them to hold your sewing threads and needles.
The bowl measures approximately 11cm diameter and 3cm high.
