I was with my little niece at a garden party when she proudly handed me a bunch of daisies she'd just picked. I showed her how to make daisy chains and it brought back happy memories of when I was a little girl.

Bright white daisies against green, green grass....this summery fused glass art light-catcher will cheer you up even if the sun isn't shining!
I have designed and created this fused glass daisy hanger in my studio in East Sussex. First I hand cut layers of art glass, then I top this with coloured glass to create the daisy petals and grass. Finally, I fuse the layers together in my specialist glass kiln overnight at a temperature of around 800 degrees.
As your daisy chain art hanger is hand-made, it will look very similar to the one photographed, but not exactly the same, although just as beautiful!
Your glass will measure approximately 8cm by 24cm. The daisy design is also available as a sqaure lightcatcher and as a coaster or trinket bowl and makes a beautiful birthday, wedding or christmas gift.
It will come carefully packaged in tissue paper and bubble wrap to ensure it's safe delivery. If you would like to send the hanger as a gift, please let me know and I can post it directly to the recipient, along with a message of your choice.
