Full description
Sterling Silver Tag which I will personalise with a caduceus symbol on the front and 2 lines of medical details on the back (max 18 characters including spaces on each line). Tag measures 7mm x 38mm and is hung from a 16 or 18 inch sterling silver 1mm ball chain. (If you would prefer a leather necklace please let me know)
Tag can be left plain or given a hammered or brushed finish
Please let me know details of personalisation and finish in the message to seller box at checkout along with chain size.
I can also personalise the necklace with a design from last pic and listed opposite along with your own phrase on the back.
