applique & embroidered zombie textile art.
“you’ve got thread on you”
this cute little picture measures approximately
13cm x 13cm 5” x 5”
and is 4cm deep, stretched over a canvas box frame.
this undead beauty is wearing a pretty dress in apple green cotton, the bodice and sleeves are in a kaffe fassett print, and there's bright pink detail to the collar & sash.
her red eyes contrast with her deathly pale blue linen skin & her eyeballs are hand embroidered.
a quote from 'shaun of the dead' (kinda) is free embroidered over (red acrylic) blood spatter.
the cotton fabrics are layered and appliqued onto pre-washed calico, and the intricate details drawn on with free machine (free motion) embroidery.
this piece is made entirely on a domestic sewing machine. everything is cut, stitched & drawn freehand by me, ensuring it is unique, well made and securely constructed.
if ordering more than one item, any excess postage charges will be refunded via paypal.
my design is based on an original drawing by Little Black Heart, and is used under license.
