This lovely Autumn Bunting (fall bunting) has been upcycled from a discarded copy of the beautiful book, The Country Diary of an Edwardian Lady by Edith Holden. These garlands are fabulous for weddings. This bunting brings a touch of the beautiful outdoors into your home or your wedding!
In 1906, Edith Holden recorded in words and paintings the flora and fauna of the British countryside through the seasons. This bunting has been made from some of her gorgeous Autumn pictures and beautiful writing from the smaller paperback edition of her book.
This listing is for ONE bunting with 8 rectangular flags, each measuring approx. 14 cm wide x 17.5 cm long (6.75in x 5.5 in). The flags on your garland may be different from those on the photos but will be an equally beautiful selection of pictures.
The garland is threaded with wool. If the flags were placed end to end on the thread, the bunting would be approximately 1m 26 cm (4ft 2in) long. We’ve included additional wool so that you can spread the flags out if you want to – they slide easily – there will still be plenty of wool to hang up the bunting.
The banner is designed to be viewed from one side only and isn't really suitable for use outdoors – well, it IS paper after all!
