Full description
I've used beautiful Japanese kimono fabric, accented with a floral pattern to make this cocktail hat, fascinator. I've covered a 4" or 10cm fascinator base and decorated with sakura pearl blossoms and a tiny champagne veil.
This item is handmade to order, taking about one week before shipping.
This is fully lined and fastens with a clear comb and thin hat elastic.
