THEY ARE PHOTOGRAPHED HERE WITH A ROOBY LANE BLUE AND BLACK PETTICOAT UNDERNEATH
These are UNIQUE Rooby Lane Skirts made in my very own Dr Who? Tardis fabric, UNAVAILABLE ANYWHERE ELSE!!
They pull in on the waist or hips with a scrummy black satin ribbon and are suitable for all sizes.
But if you dont fancy a ribbon you can choose the Elastic waist option and add your waist size to the order :)
The length is 19", but they can be shorter or a little longer!
