This fabric is Raindrops Poppies from Anna Maria Horner's Field Study collection. She says -

Full description
This fabric cover contains an A5 plain paper sketchbook / notebook. The inside front cover has a pocket which is divided in two for a pen or pencil, and business cards or notes.
The fabric is a stunning print of poppies and raindrops on a blue background and the cover is lined with a coordinating blue grey cotton fabric.
It measures 23cm high by 16 cm wide, and closes with a cord and beautiful ceramic button which has been handmade by a local potter.
The sketch pad contains 50 sheets of good quality 140gsm paper. It comes from W H Smith, so replacements are widely available
