I had made some baubles before but wanted to extend the design and include a cable pattern. So I have included two cable patterns: one with 4 cable columns and one with 8 cable columns. I had lots of fun with the fluffy yarn too.

This is a knitting pattern to make Christmas baubles and balls in 7 different designs.
It is an original design from Knitting Revolution.
Pattern includes beading, stripes, a simple cable, and sequins.
Full beading instructions are given.
With a shiny bell attached to the bottom, these could be irresistable to your cat, but at least when they get knocked off the tree they won't break!
But baubles are not just for Christmas. Knitted plain using fluffy yarn in any colour, they make a wonderful decoration for any occasion. Arrange your funky fluffy balls in a row for unusual bunting, or place them on a mobile for a fabulous baby gift.
Finished baubles measure about 6 cm/2 and a half inches diameter in DK yarns, or 8cm/3 inches in chunkier yarns.
Very quick to make, so great for Christmas gifts or for your local fundraiser.
