Full description
applique and embroidered textile art hoop – fancy zombie lady.
based on an original drawing by Little Black Heart, this piece is entirely made by me on a domestic sewing machine.
this undead beauty is wearing a fancy empire line dress in hand dyed silks, the dress is olive green, with peach coloured sleeves and turquoise detail to the cuffs & bodice.
her long flowing hair, is decorated with tiny silk blossoms.
her red eyes contrast with her deathly pale blue linen skin & her eyeballs are hand embroidered.
the fabrics are layered and appliqued onto pre-washed calico, and the intricate details drawn on with free machine (free motion) embroidery.
everything is cut, stitched and handmade, with care, by me, ensuring each hoop is unique, well made and securely constructed.
these hoops are 14cm (5”) in diameter, the reverse side is lined with blue cotton.
if ordering more than one item, any excess postage charges will be refunded via paypal.
