Full description
This handmade cushion cover is made from a rich gold coloured striped fabric and a lovely warm brown fabric arranged in a patchwork design. The centre panel is a cream fake suede fabric and features 4 Golden Retrievers machine embroidered in a “sketch like” style. The "sketches" are embroidered in various shades of brown, co-ordinating with the colours of the cushion itself.
The back of the cushion cover is made from a contrasting cream coloured, poly-cotton fabric and has a hidden zip closure. The outer edge of the cushion cover is top-stitched about 1inch (2cm) from the edge, all the way round, to create a small frill around the cushion.
The cushion cover would make a lovely gift for any dog lover, but would be extra special for an owner of a Retriever.
The listing is for the cushion cover only. It will need a cushion insert of 16" x 16" (41cm x 41cm) to make it look plump and well padded.
All the fabric and thread used to make the cushion cover is washable at 30C.and both the cushion fabric and the embroidered design can be ironed on the medium setting.
