I have been making Dorset Buttons for many years. I sell my buttons, including here on etsy. I have provided buttons for films including Les Miserables.
I love making them and now I am very happy to be able to share that love with you in this kit. I have written instructions and you would also get my private email and can ask for my help anytime.
Dorset Buttons were made as a cottage industry before the Industrial Revolution and now they are making a comeback as handmade is becoming more appreciated.

A Kit to Make CrossWheel Dorset Buttons in Pink Plum.
This kit includes one skein of dark pink plum thread, in this case DMC no 718, which is 100% cotton; six brass 'o' rings size 2cms (6/8ths on an inch); and a printed instruction booklet written by me.
