I was influenced by Victorian trinket boxes. I like the idea of something so tiny being highly decorated and hiding a little secret inside.

Full description
This is a small pot with a removable lid. I have sewn lots of birds around the outside and also onto the lid. I have then decorated it with sequins and beads. The pot is lined with red fabric and the underside of the lid is covered in a deep pink fabric. It measures 4 cm in the round and 5 cm in height with the lid on top. This is a handmade item so not perfect in size and maybe a little wobbly. Would be ideal for small pieces of jewellery or trinkets.
