A domino clock was the next natural step after my dice clocks, following the theme of classic toys associated with number scales.
I have used wooden dominoes rather than plastic to give a more retro feel and they're more environmentally friendly than all the plastics I normally use! The black dominoes also fit nicely with a monochrome colour scheme.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
Returns are accepted if I am notified within 7 working days of the clock being received. Please send me a message to advise that you want to return a clock, the reason for return, and whether you want a replacement or refund. Please return the clock within 14 days of receipt. The clock must be returned in its original condition and re-packaged in the original packaging, with the packing slip enclosed. Buyer to pay for return postage. I recommend that proof of postage is obtained. Once I have received the returned clock, I will despatch a replacement clock or issue a refund. The clock payment and outgoing P&P will be refunded via Paypal. (NB: If there is a fault with the mechanism or the clock has been damaged in transit, return postage will also be refunded. Proof of postage should be obtained as return postage will not be refunded if the clock is not received.)
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
All of my clocks are made with a continuous "sweep" mechanism instead of a "tick" mechanism. I test each clock for a minimum of 24 hours to ensure they are in full working order.
These clocks are made with black wooden dominoes on a white frost Perspex clock face.
-The clock is 20cm by 20cm
-Strong 5mm thick white frost Perspex clock face
-Black wooden dominoes are used to mark the hours.
-Sturdy black/white plastic hands
-AA battery powered (battery not included)
After payment is cleared, it will take a couple of days to make and test the clock, and 1-3 days for delivery.
I aim to be environmentally friendly where I can, so all of the packaging I use is biodegradeable and/or recycled. The bubblewrap is designed to biodegrade in 2 years, and the cardboard postal box and paper packing tape can be recycled or used in your compost heap!
