I printed 14 of these in the first instance.

Make it a gift for a friend needing peace and calm, a little time to restore themselves (and frankly, who doesn't?), a magical mystic friend who loves nature and flowers because it's pretty floral- especially if that friend is you. Frame it for a wall; post it to a friend; pop it in a scrapbook. Don't forget to see my matching awake fox prints.

Size: Printed by me on acid free, smooth, A5 heavy weight cartridge paper. A5 is 148 x 210 mm (5.8 x 8.3 inches). Fits standard sized frames (either with an A5 aperture or an 8x6 one frames are not provided)

Materials: I use water based (eco friendly) acrylic inks in mid brown tones as a base over a sky of pale lilac to brick red. I hand stamped an orange fox and painted the daisies yellow (only in the middle) to make a unique decorative artprint. All materials are archival to last as an heirloom into the future.

Important stuff: My screenprints are hand printed and hand registered by eye and unlike computer generated images are subject to slight variations that make each a unique piece of art.

As the suns first red rays climb over the horizon and light the indigo sky into mauves and blues, the foxes work is done, and she returns underground to her safe den beneath the daisies to dream and new day into being. Perhaps you would like to join her in making the dream a good one?

Inspiration: I was drawing the spirit of the daisies but people were misinterpreting my spirit and I thought I'd prefer something they couldn't get wrong but I didn't know what it should be till I saw foxes everyday for a whole week in the middle of the town, everywhere I went, it seems, fox cubs, dancing on the pavement. Well, I though, it must be a job for the fox-spirit.

Process:I originally painted on to acetate and used that to burn a silkscreen using photosensitive screenfiller because when you use regular filler the silkscreen degrades quite quickly.
