The colours used in this scarf are very similar to those in my 'Sea green'bowl. they are the colours that surround me where we live, between the sea, the sky and the land. When the sun shines, as now in spring, the world is a sea of blues and green

MADE TO ORDER, COLOURS CAN VARY
Cotton gauze folded and stitched to form a double layer, creating a little more substance. Three different colour blends of merino, all varying shades of sea green have been felted in a grid pattern, backing unto each other front and back. The longer lines have had the colour reversed ie the lighter ice green on one side is backed with the green blue sea colour on the other. The third colour has been used for the shorter lines wrapping right the way round the scarf creating more 'ruche'. The wet felting process gathers the light weight fabric creating lots of movement
