Big Sister or Lil Sister sterling silver plated heart charm with clear crystal rhinestone detail hangs alongside a diamonte initial charm (please let me know during checkout your required initial and sister charm) all strung on a silver plated chain.
Choose a 16'' or 18'' silver plated chain.
Made to order with your required sister charm, inital and chain length.
