Delicate summer plants contrast with a rugged stone wall.
Inspired by the dry stone walls so characteristic of the Yorkshire Dales where I live. In Scotland they’re known as drystane dykes, and in other countries rock fences. With no mortar between the stones, these cleverly constructed walls provide homes for all sorts of plants and wildlife.
The bookmark was created by machine embroidering on a single layer of painted non-woven fabric, so it isn’t too thick and the back looks similar to the front.
A great little gift for a nature lover, especially if you need something lightweight to post.
The bookmark measures about 19cm x 5cm (7.5” x 2”). It is tacked (basted) onto a printed card and presented in a cellophane packet.
Please note: the bookmark you receive may not be identical to the one pictured, but it will be very similar.
N.B. I only list one bookmark of each design at a time, but usually have more in stock. If you require more than one of the same design, please contact me and I'll adjust the listings.
