You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

All items are handmade in the UK to order and take up to 7 days to be dispatched. Orders within the UK are sent by Royal Mail First Class, all other items are sent by Royal Mail Airmail. These services are not tracked. Please contact us before purchasing if you wish to discuss other shipping options. Please be aware that, whilst deliveries usually reach their destination in a timely manner, we occasionally experience some international deliveries taking longer than usual to reach their destination. As such, in the unlikely event that delivery is delayed, we will allow up to a month for delivery before any action may be taken on missing items. Orders are processed in the order they are received so please contact us BEFORE purchasing if you require a rush order or would like to discuss shipping options and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. We cannot guarantee any requests made after purchasing. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 6 weeks of the shipping date. All items must be returned in their original condition. Any customised items cannot be returned or exchanged. We will not refund P&P charges and the customer is responsible for any return P&P fees. Please retain your proof of postage when returning any items as, in the unlikely event that your package does not reach us, we cannot issue a refund without proof of postage. Refunds will be issued by Paypal within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
