The fabric is one of my favourite types of fabric with its retro feel.

Full description
This Flirty Skirt has a retro/vintage feel to it. Its been handcrafted from Retro Paris Script featuring amongst other things the Eiffel Tower and Adverts in shades of blue and combined with the waistband in Royal Blue Polka Dot, both fabrics are 100% cotton.
The skirt has been finished around the hemline with Pale Blue Ric Rac..
The waistband is made using the contrasting Blue/White Polka Dot Cotton fabric and pulls in on the waist or the hips for a more flattering fit, with a blue silky ribbon.
It is approximately 16” long.
As it pulls in on the waist by the ribbon then it fits sizes approx 8 to 14.
