Full description
This lovely Spring bunting has been upcycled from a discarded copy of the beautiful book, The Country Diary of an Edwardian Lady by Edith Holden. In 1906, Edith Holden recorded in words and paintings the flora and fauna of the British countryside through the seasons. This bunting has been made from some of her gorgeous pictures from Spring.
This listing is for ONE bunting consisting of 10 hearts, each measuring 3 in x 2.5in (7.5 cm x 6.5 cm). Your garland may have different pictures from those shown on the photos but will have an equally pretty selection of flora and fauna.
The garland has been threaded together with cream yarn. If the flags were placed end to end on the yarn, the bunting would be 75 cm long (2 ft 5in). We’ve included 3 metres (9ft 10in) of yarn so that you can spread the hearts out if you want to – they slide easily – and there will still be plenty of yarn to hang up the bunting.
The banner is designed to be viewed from one side only and isn't suitable for use outdoors – well, it IS paper after all!
