A friend gave me her granny's button box to rummage through. Among other treasures I unearthed some old trouser clasps. I knew I must be able to put them to good use somehow.

Full description
This delicate necklace features a piece of paua shell hanging from a trouser clasp. It hangs on a long chain and is finished with antique mother of pearl buttons.
The chains were salvaged from old jewellery. The necklace is finished with a shiny new silvery clasp.
