Full description
This delicious tart consists of an almondy sponge over a layer of raspberry jam in a shortcrust pastry case. More almonds are sprinkled on top.
Yummy either hot or cold, served with custard cream or ice-cream!
Ideal as a dessert or tea-time treat.
This listing is for an 8" (20 cm) tart, which will cut into 6 - 8 good portions.
