Full description
This is a lovely present for a Mum, Nan, Grandma, Sister or Aunt to keep the names of those special in her life close by.
It is made from a hand stamped pendant made from a stainless steel tilted heart washer, which measures 25x29mm. It is finished with up to 3 swarovski crystal birthstones and is hung on an 18" sterling silver snake chain.
It can be stamped with either 1, 2 or 3 names, a name and a date or a short message.
