This is a magical dress becuase every little girl should have one.
The skirt is gathered at the waist which is covered in tossed fairies in every direction.
Look carefully and you can see the metallic brush strokes running through this generous full skirt.
The Bodice is now lined with Cerise with White dots fabric .
The straps also will be from the pinkl gingham.
