i wanted to use the traditional idea of elements with a twist. Sea and sky is my version of water and air - in Cornwall the colours are astonishing and uplifting.
Aquamarine was chosen for the sea and turquoise for the sky while the unpolished nugget of apatite is a glorious colour. Aquamarine means sea water in Latin and the Navaho tribe have a legend that turquoise stones are pieces of fallen sky.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
A fine silver tag engraved with the words "sea and sky" is suspended from a fine silver ring and is combined with a turquoise drop, an aquamaine unpolished nugget and a aquamarine faceted bead. The sterling silver belcher chain is 45cm long and is fastened with a fine silver toggle and bar.
A longer chain of 52cm can be supplied at no extra cost if preferred.
The semi precious stones are chosen with traditional associations in mind - turquoise for the American Indian legend of it being fallen sky and aquamarine as the name means "water of the sea"
The necklace will be sent first class recorded delivery in a Written in Silver box and a gemstone description leaflet is also included.
