Here we have a very old book which I found and rescued on one of my flea market jaunts. It's pages were all falling out but its cover and illustrations were lovely so I decided to give it a new life as a book mobile.
The book is called "A thoughtless Seven" by Amy Le Fevre. It measures approximately 18 cm across at the widest point, 20.5 cm along the spine and 33 cm in length (from the spine to the bottom of the tumbling pages).
Glimpses of the illustrations can be seen peaking out from the teardrop shaped pages on both sides of the mobile and it greates a beautiful shape when viewed from any angle.
The book mobile is hung from a loop of invisible thread.
