I saw this original, vintage, French 1970's fabric and loved it. I thought it would make a fantastic, bright retro looking lampshade and loved the fantastic effect it had when light shines through. Despite being a vintage fabric it was unused and of a faultless quality.

Full description
Cool, bright 25cm diameter lampshade that features a beautiful, bright authentic 70's French fabric. The fabric features a geometric flower design in a variety of blue shades including turquoise, aqua, teal, sky blue, mint and navy. The print also features teal and a white background.
The fabric which is medium weight and has a soft texture has been backed with a white flame retardant backing and has been neatly had rolled onto the lampshade ring. The lampshade fits a standard UK 25mm light fitting and can also be easily converted to suit a larger 40mm European style light fitting by squeezing out the converter plug (very easy to do).
The lampshade works either way up and therefore would work as a ceiling pendant light shade but makes a fantastic, dramatic table lamp shade or floor lampshade. The lampshade looks particularly dramatic when lit up and would add a bright, dramatic, unique feature to any room. I have two of the shades available and think they would make really cool bedside lamps in the right setting.

Due to the thickness of the fabric for this lampshade the seam is joined with a new, stronger adhesive.
The lampshade will be wrapped in a protective cellophane wrapping for delivery and this should be removed before use.
