zombie head pincushion
bad sewing day? what could be more satisfying than sticking your pins in this grinning zombie face?
based on an original drawing by Little Black Heart, this zombie pincushion is entirely handmade by me on a domestic sewing machine.
cotton & linen fabrics are appliqued onto pre-washed medium weight cotton calico, and all details and teeth are drawn freehand with machine machine embroidery, so each will vary slightly.
the front is stiffened with interfacing, they’re backed with medium weight calico, filled with polyester fibre, and finished by hand. they measure approximately 14cm (5.5 inches) X 12cm (4.5 inches)
everything is cut, stitched and handmade, with care, by me, ensuring each piece is unique. the fabrics are pre-washed so they’re soft and should not shrink if washed.
i aim to post items out within 24 hours of payment, via first class mail.
