I wanted some sort of small storage box on my desk to keep a mixture of haberdashery goods in that I could just dip in and out of....saves a bit of time! I also made one for myself...in fact I have a couple!!

An unusual storage box that is ideal for storing haberdashery bits and other such making bits and bobs!
Covered inside and out in vintage French book and magazine pages, I have also used vintage stamps in places for a bit of colour and interest. The box opens at the top with a hinged lid, to reveal a storage area, and then beneath this is an open shelf. To the front a white scented love heart is firmly secured.
Measuring 21 cm in length by 12.5 cm wide, and 14 cm high, the box is made from light-weight wood, and is very sturdy.
This little storage box would be a great gift for some one who has everything - as it can be used for a multitude of different things xx
