We design and hand print all our tote bags at home. Each one is totally unique and crafted to put a smile on people's faces :o)
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

It's LUCKY DIP time!!
You will receive ONE handprinted tote bag picked at random! The design will be one which is currently available in our Folksy shop.
Each tote bag's value is £10, so you'll be getting it half price, a proper bargain!
If you're feeling really lucky you can also find LUCKY DIP screen prints in our shop.
Each tote bag is 100% cotton and ethically produced. It roughly measures 42 x 38 cm and can be carried by hand or over the shoulder. We have heat cured the ink so you can also gently machine wash it. Due to the lovely hand-printed nature of screenprinting, slight imperfections may occur. This is part of the magic!
We will pop your tote bag in a paper bag and post it in a small jiffy bag, First Class delivery for the UK and standard Airmail for International.
