You are buying this one of a kind lightweight Mini black felt top hat 5 and half inches in width and 3 high. A stunning victorian/mourning hat.
It has a beautiful black silk ribbon around the brim which goes into a bow at the back with the ribbon falling down at the back on the hat. The victorian look is completed by a black plumage of feathers. An absolutely fantastic hat. The ribboning looks stunning. This is so glam and very Dita Von Teese!
