Full description
This teardrop shaped hat base is made from a triple layer of stiffened sinamay millinery fabric and is the perfect size for fascinators and cocktail hats. Has a gentle curve that sits nicely on the head. Available in White, Ivory, Red and Navy Blue.
Excellent quality and smooth to the touch. Add trims straight on to sinamay or cover the whole base in the fabric of your choice, the possibilities are endless! Comb not included.
Measurements:
Width (at widest point): 3 1/4 inches (about 8.5cm)
Length: 6 inches (about 15cm)
