Full description

Here we have a really grand Shabby Chic Louis style vintage Dining table and 6 chairs, including 2 carvers. The construction is all solid and as it is a rejuvenated item there is the odd bump and scratch here and there which only adds to the character! The table has a single piece top with a gorgeous scalloped skirt and is larger than the norm for a non extendable bed. The dual pedestal base has 3 legs to each pedestal and lots of fabulous carved detail.

We have renewed the seat pads on all 6 chairs and they have been reupholstered in a lovely Charcoal on Ivory Toile De Jouy fabric. The backrests have beautiful carved detailing

The table and chairs have been finished in a shade of our own which we call Snow Cloud White, this is over French Grey and Burnished Black, then quite heavily distressed to give it's stylish look. The whole set has then been finished with at least 2 coats of top quality wax.

You are more than welcome to come and view this and any other piece by appointment at our workshops in Jarrow, South Tyneside.
