Owls have been so popular just recently and I kept getting asked for them at craft fairs. I set to doodling and scribbling and eventually came up with a prototype that then led to this!

T'whit t'whoo!! One of my latest designs that I've been working on over the last couple of weeks is this gorgeous fused glass owl.
He has been fired twice: the first firing was a 'full' fuse and melted the glass to produce the beautiful rounded edges to the glass; the second firing was a 'tack' fuse which has enabled the eyes, beak and feet to stand out in relief.
This one is in two shades of blue and measures 9.5cm x 7.5cm (approx). I also make these in other colours, so give me a shout if you had another colour in mind...
