Full description
I've used beautiful ivory silk dupion to make this cocktail hat, which is a slightly slubbed textured silk fabric. The fascinator hat base measures 10cm or 4". I have decorated with a sweet bow and birdcage veil. Lovely hat for bridal and weddings.
This item is handmade to order, taking around 1 week before shipping.
This is fully lined and fascinator fastens with a thin hat elastic.
