Full description
Two strands of sari silk yarn and one of pastel pink ribbon combine to make this striking necklace. Sari silk yarn is handspun by women in Nepal who gather the remnants of fabric that are left over after the saris have been made (remnants which would otherwise go to waste).
The pendant measures just over two inches and features 3 puffed heart charms which give off a lovely tinkly sound, and a tibetan silver seated Buddha. The charms are attached to silver plated chain.
The fastening of the necklace is a gorgeous tibetan silver heart shaped toggle clasp.
Measurements:
Necklace length = 18 inches total
Pendant length = 2 inches
